We’re winning funding in Wales for domiciliary care companies, so they can up-skill their employees and boost staff retention (June, 2018)

We provide apprenticeships for Welsh home care agencies wishing to train-up their teams from level two up to level five including Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF).

Our Managing Director, Steve Horler, who has been employed in the sector for 15 years, explains: “We’re able to help organisations in Wales up-skill their existing and new staff through apprenticeship qualifications, which are available for all team members regardless of their age or seniority in the business.

“The funding is free to secure and we’re experts in the field with regards assisting agencies with accessing their apprenticeship levy pot to cover the training.”

We’ve been helping organisations offering care to individuals at home across Wales and have recently secured additional contracts in South Wales.

Steve, who leads our team of experienced trainers and assessors, continued: “Organisations trust us to deliver their apprenticeships and the high-quality training they need at all levels for their staff. We work closely with our clients to provide programmes that specifically meet their needs and to assist them in up-skilling their existing workforce through the qualification.

“Contrary to popular belief, apprenticeships aren’t just for school leavers seeking a route into employment, they are available for all levels within a team. Having a highly skilled team is vital when providing top end care to those that wish to remain safely in their own homes in old age. Plus offering qualifications and additional training helps increase staff retention, which is vital for the care industry.”

We specialise in apprenticeship management and assisting care providers in Wales with sourcing funding to support their programmes and maximise usage within the necessary timescales.

We also work closely with care providers to deliver high quality Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) training and assessments within our Apprenticeship Programme.

Our directors and managers here have backgrounds in health and social care, and, as a result, have an in-depth understanding of the care sector’s training and apprenticeship requirements.

Our experienced nationwide team of trainers and assessors deliver a comprehensive range of courses that run from Level 2 through to Level 5.

Understanding that different providers have varying requirements, our team works with each individually to ensure the most appropriate training solutions are delivered.

We've officially opened our offices in Weston!

We’ve officially opened offices in Weston-super-Mare this month (February, 2018) and have recently moved in with our sister company AAA Recruitment at Oldmixon Crescent.

Our Managing Director, Steve Horler, who has been working in the sector for 15 years and leads our highly-skilled team of trainers and assessors nationwide, explained: “AAA Training Solutions is only just over a year old now but we have already secured some excellent contracts with large corporate clients and are working with three of the largest care providers in England and Wales, so we’re expanding fast and this move into new offices in Weston-super-Mare is part of our on-going growth and successes.

“We specialise in apprenticeship levy management and assisting businesses who are subject to the levy in maximising its use within the necessary timescales. We’re presently working nationwide to deliver apprenticeship programmes for the care sector.

“Care providers across the UK trust us to deliver apprenticeships and high quality training at all levels for their staff. We work closely with national care providers to deliver high quality Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) training and assessments via our Apprenticeship Programme and stand-alone Diplomas and Certificates.”

All our directors and employees at AAA Training Solutions all have backgrounds in the health and social care sector. After beginning as an assessor, and then a verifier, before holding various management positions, Steve set up his own training provider in 2011. Here he led a team of more than 50 employees to deliver around 2,000 apprenticeships in the health and care sector during a five-year period. He then joined us as our Managing Director.

“Although our company is young, we’re highly skilled and my senior management team has collectively over 70 years’ experience working within the industry. Our Quality Assurance Manager, Emma Choat and our Operations Managers for England and Wales, Martin Grant and Caron Bozduggan, all have more than 15 years’ experience individually within the sector at some of the largest training providers in the UK and abroad. A lot of the team have worked together before and so could hit the ground running when it came to establishing the training framework for clients to deliver their induction and apprenticeship programmes.

“We offer training throughout England and Wales and Weston-super-Mare is strategically a great place to be located as there is such easy access to the motorway and the rest of the country but also into Wales where we have a major client. We are committed to employing local people within the business at our offices as we expand further and feel that the town is really starting to develop and grow too. It’s an exciting place to be based.”
